Refund Policy :

Once you subscribe and make the required payments, they shall be final and non‑modifiable. Refunds will not be given for services that are billed. However, the Traders Conclave team will review possible refunds in case of services not rendered as per the published information.

Force Majeure :

Traders Conclave will not be liable for any delay, interruption or failure in the provisioning of services if caused by acts of God, declared or undeclared war, fire, flood, storm, slide, earthquake, power failure, the inability to obtain equipment, supplies or other facilities that are not caused by a failure to pay, labour disputes, or other similar events beyond our control that may prevent or delay service provisioning.

Governing Law :

The rights and obligations of the parties pursuant to this Agreement are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Statute of Limitation. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Website or Products or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
Waiver of Class Action Rights. BY ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT, YOU HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT YOU MAY HAVE TO JOIN CLAIMS WITH THOSE OF OTHER IN THE FORM OF A CLASS ACTION OR SIMILAR PROCEDURAL DEVICE. ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF, RELATING TO, OR CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT MUST BE ASSERTED INDIVIDUALLY.

Age of Majority

Traders Conclave does not accept agreements and payments from persons under the legal age of 18 years. By submitting your account application, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age or your parent or legal guardian has agreed to accept this Agreement on your behalf.

Entire Agreement :

This Agreement, as may be updated from time to time and posted, represents the complete agreement and understanding between us with respect to the Service and supersedes any other written or oral agreement.
